Board resolution authorizing the Renaud & Robillard to facilitate choice of Program
Partnership deed or LLP agreement

Company address proof (utility bills, rent/lease agreement)
Audited financial statements for the last 2–3 years (Balance Sheet, P\&L, Cash Flow Statement)
Income Tax Returns (ITR) of the company (past 2–3 years)
Provisional financials of the current year (if applicable)
Bank statements (typically for the last 6–12 months)
Projected financial statements (for the term of note, showing cash flow and payment ability)
Details of existing loans/credit facilities (with repayment track record)
Business plan or project report (explaining how the funds will be used, market analysis, revenue model)
Collateral documents: ownership proof, valuation reports, NOCs, etc.
Sanction letters of previous loans, if any
Know Your Customer (KYC) Documents for the Company and Stakeholders
Passport/Official ID of directors, partners, and major shareholders
